01. How to Request Data Deletion

At CD Jewelry, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account or any personal information associated with your use of our services, including data collected via our website or Facebook application, please follow the instructions below.

Method 1: Email Request (Recommended)

Send an email to info@cdjewelrybuy.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address associated with your account
  • A brief description of the data you wish to have removed

Method 2: Facebook App Settings

If you have used our Facebook login, you can remove our app's access and request data deletion through your Facebook settings:

  1. Go to your Facebook Profile's Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Look for "Apps and Websites" in the left menu.
  3. Search for "CD Jewelry".
  4. Click "Remove".
  5. Follow the prompts to confirm removal and data deletion.

02. What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity to ensure the security of your account. After verification, we will proceed to delete your personal information from our active databases within 30 days. Please note that some information may be retained for legal, audit, or compliance purposes as required by law.
